Three effective staffing options:
- Contingency placement (22%):
Fees are paid only when a referred candidate is eventually hired, with no up-front financial or exclusivity obligations. - Exclusive Contingency placement (20%):
Clients agree to use Hire Power Associates for this position exclusively. Any additional hires made from candidates referred during the period of exclusivity will only obligate clients to pay a fee of 10%. - Targeted Sourcing:
Hire PowerAssociates is engaged for ten weeks to fill a specific position (or positions). Client pays a retainer over the course of ten weeks. Hire PowerAssociates guarantees that at least one hire is made. Client receives the same 10% fee incentive for all additional hires made for the next four months.
Retainer equals a 20% fee for a mid-level hire. Savings increase significantly on salaries greater than $120k/year.
